Tires to Recycled Rubber Surfacing

A cold pour-in-place application of processed recycled rubber crumb and an adhesive resin (colour is optional).

Rubber from 150 tires has been beneficially utilized and diverted from the wastestream on this 2000 sq. ft. test site.

This test site consists of three different applications:
  1. Over a clay base on the wheel chair ramp.
  2. Over a packed crushed gravel base on the east pathway.
  3. Over a geosynthetic liner on the two west pathways.

IDEAL APPLICATION IS OVER DETERIORATED CEMENT AND ASPHALT SURFACES
